Just a short note of thanks for the support and outstanding customer service you continue to provide to the team in Show Management and our clients.
Your ability and willingness to provide a high quality graphic service, even when deadlines are tight and information late means that although we are beginning to produce a lot more work in-house you will continue to be a greatly favoured sub contractor to us.
The on-site service that you and the rest of your team provide is always such that we never have any qualms about asking for last minute extras or changes. Obviously the Visionline van is a great asset and an inventive idea. A fully equipped mobile unit is a fantastic way to provide a graphic service at an event. This was proven at the Farnborough Air Show last year when you were able to turn around so many last minute Organiser changes in the van which was an incredible help in ensuring the show opened on time with no hitches.
Thank you once again for all your support so far this year and I look forward to working with you again in the near future when the industry starts to pick up again in September.

Re: Name Boards
I just wanted to drop you a quick line to thank you and the team for offering to undertake the challenge of changing all of the Ifsec name Boards from Friday evening. I am sure, like me, you were relieved in the end that the organisers did not proceed but it was great to know that you could have got it done.
Please pass on my thanks to the rest of your team too, for all of their hard work over this series of shows.

Now that the dust has settled after the hectic time we had with the last five shows at the NEC I thought I would drop you a line to say thank you very much to you and your team.
As you quite rightly said, these shows between them had more name boards and fingerboards than the entire group of Interior shows in January this year and yet my stress levels were decidedly lower.
Your co-ordination with the Show Management team prior to going on site went a long way to ensuring you were once again able to provide the excellent level of customer service we have come to expect from VisionLine.
It was a pleasure working with you all and I look forward to hopefully working with you again in the near future.

I am writing to thank you all for all your help and hard work and for the excellent service provided during UKRC. We really appreciate all your advice regarding our signage both prior to the event and once on-site. We received very positive feedback regarding our signs and we did not have any delegates losing their way!
As you probably know UKRC 2006 is Monday 15 – Wednesday 17 May in Birmingham and we are really looking forward to working with you again, so make sure you have the dates in your diary!
