We do not just fit Signs and Graphics  to Vehicles and or Construction equipment in our cosy warm clean workshop and or our clients workshops under cover, we go on sites at appointed timings and yes if it has to be 3am in the morning providing the weather is half good/decent we do the job, even in mud up to the knees of our fitters which is why we apply Signs and Graphic’s to so many Excavator and Construction Machines on site, this saves our client’s money moving heavy equipment to a covered point.

However, it has to be remembered and thought about. Low temperatures make heavy metal’s  sweat when eventually the temperature changes up-wards,  so great care has to be taken before fitting Vinyl’s to “Lumps of thick Metal” in winter conditions otherwise the vinyl’s just fall off.  Now in the summer we throw water over real hot lumps of metal to cool the application.

In all the years we have been producing signage for Construction and Site Machinery we have only had a couple of major failures which occurred on the heavy Rear Counter Weight of Excavators in winter conditions.
